“I can’t say enough good things about this company but I will limit myself to the installation techs here. Bob&Andrew were on time, polite & informative about the process as they went along. Most importantly to me though was how tolerant (even kind) they were to my overly friendly pit bulls. And when the cat thought the house was on fire & decided to alert the entire city they consoled him until I was able to convince him he wasn’t going to die. How people treat animals tells me everything I need to know. Well, almost. This was a very big job taking 2 full days & access WASN’T easy. I never heard a complaint or picked up on the slightest irritation. And when they left there wasn’t a trace they had ever been here. They answered all my questions, some even before I asked.
I would recommend these 2 gents readily! And just for context I spent 3 1/2 months reseaching HVAC systems & pouring over reviews.

“The team from Answers was marvelous. Bob was great from the first introduction to the last goodbye. He answered all my questions clearly and made me feel like my questions were important. They made sure that I knew everything they would do during their time working on our system. The guys let me “look over their shoulders” periodically so that I could satisfy my curiosity about what they were doing. They were very efficient and professional in all they did, giving me confidence in their competence (and everything worked perfectly afterwards!). I highly recommend Answers.”
“I called and asked for a part. Some lady said we don't sell parts because of liability. Then she pushed for an appointment. I told her I know the problem just needed a part. I don't at all believe her statement as if that was true you couldn't buy parts for anything. I'm sure she was just told to say that in hopes that I would bite on the appointment thing. My problem is honesty here. Don't lie to people”

“I just wanted to Thank Bob for coming out yesterday. I was trying to clean duct/vents for mother and inadvertently dropped a cleaning wipe down return-I then tried to use power vac to get out, however handle not long enough. So then I decided to use regular vacuum with extender. That did not go so well , as then the attachment (extender) then decided to join the wipe. Bob came out and I explained the situation. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Within about 10-15 minutes he got both the wipe and extended attachment for vacuum. What a relief…I would highly recommend Answer Heating and Cooling. They replaced furnace and central air back in March (Not a easy task with the type of old furnace my mother had.). Alex and Bob along with crew with very professional, knowledgeable, kind and polite. What a wonderful group of people who actually take pride in their work and are so respectful. They are truly a asset to the Company!”
