From the initial contact with Joel to the installation by Jeff and Alex, the entire project was a great experience. Joel's expertise and advice explained how to effective correct the uneven heating and cooling problem we were having. The installation of the new furnace and A/C unit were done professionally by Jeff and Alex without a hitch. The guys were very courteous and respectful and made sure the basement was left neat and clean at all times.
