“Riley K came out and I explained that I wanted an electric water heater this time. My current water heater is 26 years old and a gas heater. Riley went over how much it would cost and if I could not afford it they had payment plans available. Riley did a bunch of measurements and I showed him where the electrical box was located to make sure there would be enough room. After he left I went to my bank to get a cashiers check for the deposit . Then I made my way to their Freeland office to schedule an appointment for installation. Tim and Dion were on time and nice. It only took Tim, Dion and electrician Rich 4 hours to complete. They cleaned up behind themselves too. Now Tim said I should have hot water in about an hour and a half.”
