“Good experience from start to finish. Old Air conditioner was leaking Freon, furnace was also old, so I decided to have the entire system replaced. From the repair call, to the sales rep, to the installers and of course the office staff – everyone was great. I actually spent about $60 less this July than last July on my energy bill! Savings already and it was just installed in mid June.”

“I called and asked for a part. Some lady said we don't sell parts because of liability. Then she pushed for an appointment. I told her I know the problem just needed a part. I don't at all believe her statement as if that was true you couldn't buy parts for anything. I'm sure she was just told to say that in hopes that I would bite on the appointment thing. My problem is honesty here. Don't lie to people”
