Jim thoroughly checked out our system and made smart recommendations for upgrades and replacement. Alex and Riley explained the replacement process in detail. They were friendly and courteous. “We needed to replace our air conditioner and decided to replace our furnace at the same time. We were scheduled for a Monday – Tuesday install. Got a call that Monday saying they couldn't make it out that day to start our install. Told us they would be out Tuesday and would try to get it all done in one day. They delivered on that by sending three guys out. Bob, Alex and Tim did a fantastic job! All three were very professional and polite. They made sure our floor was covered and took the time to explain everything we needed to know before leaving. Extremely satisfied with the whole experience start to finish. Would definitely recommend Answer.”
