Greetings, my name is Gabe. I have been a service technician for Answer Heating and Cooling since January of 2022. I have been in the HVAC industry since 2006 installing and servicing residential and light commercial equipment. My goal as your technician is make sure your equipment is operating optimally and/or provide you solutions to achieve this. “I called Sunday evening because our furnace went out. The very nice lady who answered the phone said she would have a tech call me back. He did within a few minutes. The tech was at our house at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. He replaced a part and we were back up and running. Thank you all so much for the very quick and excellent service.”
