This letter is to inform you of the great job that was
done from start to finish of our new Furnace. Todd and Jeff
did a super job installing the furnace and the ducts to bring
our home up to code. They were curtious, friendly, polite,
and professional through out the whole installation. They
worked very hard to finish the job in one day. They checked
and double checked everything to insure the furnace worked
efficiently. I appreciate all they done to make sure we were
comfortable. I would also like to say thank you to Brian.
When he came to our house he inspected every part of our heating
system, took measurements and readings to find out what was
the best furnace to purchase. Once he done that he didn't
end there. He also made a house call once the furnace was
installed to insure we were completely satisfied with the
installation. You don't get that from other furnace
people. What we are trying to say is we were treated like
very special V.I.P.'s. I would recommend Answer Heating and
Cooling to any and all my friends. We appreciate all you have
done for us and we are looking forward to contacting you whenever
the need arises.
P.S. I might just stop by your place just to say hi when I
come back from fishing from that neck of the woods.

Connie called in and spoke with our Customer Service
Representative Marlise,
to say they had 3 previous estimates before Brian came into
their home. Although, we were the most expensive, she was
impressed with how professional Brian was durning his presentation.
Instead of telling them, "yeah we can install a bigger
furnace," Brian went through their entire home and determined
what would be the best solution for "their" home.
With this kind of personal attention the decision was easy,
and was based on how professional Brian was compared to other
companies. They also went on the Consumer Reports website
and Answer Heating & Cooling was the only Contractor in
this area with NATE
certification(North American Technician Excellence) and
it just confirmed the Kinnaman's decision.
When Todd arrived, Connie said
was pleased with how helpful and professional he was. He answered
all of their questions in a very skillful manner. Connie has
already shared with her neighbors how great we were, and she
will definitely recommend Answer Heating & Cooling to
everyone she knows.
