Answer Heating and Cooling Inc., along with all manufacturers; strongly recommend that your furnace/air conditioner be “Cleaned and Tuned” once a year.

Our Preferred Customer Agreement protects any warranties you may have on your equipment. In most cases, the dollars spent for Preferred Customer Agreement also means peace of mind with a 17-point checklist, which includes checking safety components, electrical wiring, and inspection of the heat exchanger. Remember that carbon monoxide in the home can be a very serious problem. Preferred Customer Agreement prevents small problems from becoming major repairs.

With Preferred Customer Agreement you have priority service 365 days a year. It also allows you to have a discount on parts and labor if a service call is required. Peace of mind is well worth the money spent.
